Due to not having the scanning capabilities, please email me your fax # and I will fax you a copy of the order.
We will be delivering these items for you to the Evergreen State College Library on June 10th, by 8:30.

Subject: Bid on Flower Arrangement Needed

Hello Jeff—you have been recommended to us by Lena Shedd of Newbury Bay Floral Services to possibly provide us with flowers for our Evergreen College MPA Hooding ceremony this year as she will be out of town. In the past she has put together a podium floor design, table vase design and arm bouquet for us using spring-like, colorful flowers. I have attached a photo as an example of the first 2 items.

This year the Hooding Ceremony is on Friday morning, June 10^th, this time in the Library building, on the 4^th floor, room 4300.

Logistics:

-You’d drop off flowers on Friday June 10 at 8:30am – we’ll figure out where would be best.

I will process a purchase order.

Also, if you’d like to provide a small card that announces “flowers provided Artistry in Flowers” with contact info, we would display it next to the table vase.
