I filled in the form and took it over to purchasing where Brant Eddy filled in an Evergreen credit card number and faxed it off to Tim McCormack so we are set by the deadline. If you get any form of receipt by email, please send to me for him.

Cheryl, as we discussed, it's time to place our annual ASPA ad for the PA Times Education Supplement - we've done a 1Ž4 page ad for $525 for the last 5 or so years.

We need your OK via email so Jan can include with the requisition/PO paperwork – would you reply all with your OK to approve and charge to 25201?

Jan, would you fill out the attached insertion order – for a 1Ž4 page ad for $525 – process PO/requisition paperwork and either fax or send PDF to Tim McCormack as noted on form?

Needs to be done by 8/26.

Thanks much,

Randee
